Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires managing application releases, ensuring system stability, and adapting features to align with organizational needs. The engineer collaborates with various teams to maintain compatibility and optimize performance, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver effective solutions. Continuous monitoring and proactive adjustments are part of daily activities to uphold seamless application functionality within the enterprise environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the development of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure.
- Experience with configuring and managing cloud-based collaboration platforms.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and release processes.
- Familiarity with integration techniques using APIs and low-code development environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain high availability.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements related to collaboration tools.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
