Summary:
As an AI Native Software Engineer, your day involves creating and delivering software solutions where artificial intelligence is deeply integrated into the development process. You will engage in designing, building, and deploying applications that leverage AI capabilities throughout their lifecycle. Your work includes ensuring that these AI-driven systems meet high standards of quality and compliance while continuously refining development practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaboration and innovation are key as you contribute to evolving how software is engineered and maintained in an AI-centric environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI components seamlessly into software products.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance and reliability of AI-enabled applications.
- Document development processes and share knowledge to support team growth and project continuity.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience with AI model integration and deployment in production environments.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle with AI-native methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize AI-driven software solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools that support AI workloads.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
