The position demands a thoughtful approach to creating scalable and efficient data solutions that support business needs, while continuously refining the platform blueprint to adapt to evolving requirements and technologies.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of data platform strategies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and maintain high standards of technical excellence.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable data architectures using cloud-based platforms.
- Experience with data integration techniques and ensuring interoperability between diverse data systems.
- Ability to optimize data workflows and pipelines for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices to maintain data quality and security.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
