Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based services. The role requires integrating various AI models, including generative AI, into scalable and production-ready pipelines, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises environments. The engineer collaborates across teams to ensure solutions are robust, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals. Daily activities may include developing deep learning models, working with neural networks, creating intelligent chatbots, and implementing image processing techniques to address complex challenges and enhance system capabilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging AI technologies to improve project outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI & Data Strategy.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions using cloud AI services and on-premises infrastructure.
- Experience in applying generative AI models and integrating them into production pipelines.
- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to develop and deploy intelligent systems such as chatbots and image processing applications.
- Familiarity with best practices for building scalable, maintainable, and secure AI applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in AI & Data Strategy.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
