Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Proficient experience with the Node.js and Javascript runtime ecosystem. Git fluency for code repository management. Basic understanding of front-end technologies like React or Angular. Competency in databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL. Understanding of microservices architecture and DevOps principles. Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, context injection, and AI agent behavior. Exposure to GitHub Copilot, VS Code, Devin, MCPs or similar AI productivity tool Strong analytical mindset with interest in experimenting R&D on ad hoc use cases, evaluate multiple implementation approaches, and present clear pros/cons and recommendations. Strong knowledge and continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and open-source ecosystems (FOSS) for applicability in enterprise scenarios. Design, fine-tune, and evaluate AI agents to optimize outputs and reduce hallucinations by tuning prompts, refining context, and reducing irrelevant or weak responses. Ensure adherence
