Summary:
As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves engaging with diverse stakeholders to provide expert consulting on complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. The role includes evaluating various platform options, advising on cost optimization strategies, and identifying value levers to enhance business outcomes. Additionally, the advisor develops and implements innovative technology assets tailored to specific industries or functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends. Collaboration across teams and continuous assessment of emerging technologies are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering impactful and sustainable technology solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions to align platform initiatives with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of technology platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency within platform services.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and service models related to platform services.
- Experience in evaluating and selecting technology platforms based on business needs and cost considerations.
- Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient platform solutions.
- Familiarity with industry-specific technology assets and their application in enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative technology solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
