Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework for custom software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that solutions meet business goals effectively. The position demands a proactive approach to managing development processes, fostering collaboration among team members, and maintaining high standards for software quality, scalability, and performance throughout project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide L1.5 and L2 support for 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, and DraftSight applications.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application, access, and integration issues escalated from L1 support.
Manage Incidents and Service Requests in ServiceNow (SNOW) while ensuring SLA compliance and proper documentation.
Support and troubleshoot integrations between CAD tools and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, including roles, groups, and permissions.
Coordinate with L3, infrastructure teams, and vendors for critical issues, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes.
Document resolutions, known issues, and workarounds to improve knowledge base and reduce repeat incidents.
Professional & Technical Skills:
1.Must know 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, DraftSight applications and MQL.
2.Familiar with ITIL process .
3. Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
4. Team player and work closely with other peers.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5+ years of experience in native application including Catia, SolidWorks, Draft sight with 3dexperience integration .
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
