Summary:
As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. This role includes creating efficient data pipelines and ensuring the integrity and quality of data throughout its lifecycle. The position also requires implementing processes to extract, transform, and load data, facilitating seamless migration and deployment across various systems. Collaboration with different teams to optimize data workflows and troubleshoot any issues that arise is an integral part of daily activities, ensuring smooth and reliable data operations.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize data pipeline performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks, Python (Programming Language), PySpark.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), PySpark.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable ETL workflows.
- Familiarity with data storage solutions and data modeling techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex data processing tasks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
