Project Role Description : Responsible for seamlessly delivering services to the client. Assigns all work assignments, commits team(s) to work, manages their work quality, manages the teams financials and mix to targets, and drives the teams overall people management. Summary:
The HR Tech Delivery Lead is responsible for leading large-scale HR technology transformation programs, driving delivery excellence across Talent Acquisition, Core HR, Learning, Workforce Management, and Employee Experience domains. The role combines technology leadership, client relationship management, AI-led innovation, and commercial accountability to deliver measurable business outcomes for global clients.
The individual will lead multi-disciplinary teams spanning HR technology, operations, data & AI, and transformation while acting as a trusted advisor to client HR and IT stakeholders
Roles & Responsibilities:
Delivery Leadership
Lead end-to-end HR technology delivery across multiple client accounts.
Own program governance, scope management, quality, risk, and delivery outcomes.
Manage global delivery teams comprising architects, consultants, developers, and operations SMEs.
Drive delivery excellence through agile, DevOps, and AI-first methodologies.
Ensure successful execution of large-scale HR transformation programs
HR Technology & Transformation
Define technology roadmaps supporting Hire-to-Retire transformation.
Lead implementation and optimization of platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, and related ecosystems.
Identify opportunities for automation, GenAI, Agentic AI, and data-driven transformation.
Design scalable, reusable HR technology capabilities and accelerators
AI & Innovation
Lead adoption of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions across Talent & HR functions.
Drive AI governance, architecture standards, and responsible AI practices.
Sponsor development of AI-powered solutions for recruiting, learning, employee services, and workforce analytics.
Establish reusable frameworks, POCs, accelerators, and innovation pipelines
Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as trusted advisor to CHROs, HR leaders, HRIT leaders, and business stakeholders.
Manage executive communications, steering committees, and governance forums.
Drive issue resolution, stakeholder alignment, and transformation adoption.
Build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities
Commercial & Practice Leadership
Own financial performance including revenue, margin, productivity, and forecasting.
Support sales pursuits, solutioning, RFPs, and client demos.
Contribute to practice growth through capability building, talent development, and thought leadership.
Mentor managers, architects, and delivery leads
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Delivery.
12-18 years of experience in HR technology, enterprise applications, or digital transformation.
Strong expertise in Hire-to-Retire processes including Talent Acquisition, Learning, Core HR, Employee Services, and Workforce Management.
Hands-on experience with at least one major HCM platform:
o Workday
o SAP SuccessFactors
o Oracle HCM Cloud
Experience leading global HR technology programs and distributed delivery teams.
Proven stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Service Delivery.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
