Summary:
As an AI / Machine Learning Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that integrate artificial intelligence tools and cloud-based AI services. The role requires ensuring that these solutions are production-ready, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises. The engineer actively works on incorporating generative AI models into various projects, which may include deep learning architectures, neural networks, conversational agents, and image processing technologies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical implementations with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, alongside continuous evaluation and enhancement of AI-driven solutions to meet evolving requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven applications ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives and technical constraints.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks, Python (advanced level - perfo, Agentic AI (LangChain / LangGr).
- Strong experience in developing and deploying AI models using cloud and on-premises infrastructures.
- In-depth knowledge of generative AI models and their practical applications in real-world scenarios.
- Familiarity with deep learning techniques, neural network architectures, and chatbot development.
- Ability to optimize AI pipelines for production environments ensuring high performance and reliability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python Frameworks.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
