The day includes identifying the needs of customers, envisioning future improvements or solutions, and gathering comprehensive information from various sources to support informed decision-making. The role demands a thoughtful approach to designing efficient and effective business processes that support organizational goals and technology integration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster their professional growth.
- Continuously monitor project progress and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes and efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in process mapping and documentation to clearly define workflows and system interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical and business information to diverse audiences.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges and propose practical, scalable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
