Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release cycles, and maintaining system stability. The engineer works with various tools and platforms to customize solutions while ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance within the existing environment. Collaboration with stakeholders to align technical capabilities with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to use low-code platforms and standard tools for application development and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize system performance.
- Understanding of release management processes and best practices for SaaS applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
