As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with contemporary frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous enhancement of software functionalities are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that solutions remain aligned with evolving project goals and client expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and review application architecture using .NET, Angular/React, Web APIs, and SQL Server.
- Define coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.
- Drive performance optimization, troubleshooting, and technical debt reduction.
- Guide the team on modern technologies, microservices, cloud, and DevOps practices.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Lead development across both front-end and back-end layers.
- Ensure seamless integration between UI, APIs, databases, and external systems.
- Support application design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Own sprint planning, estimation, and task allocation.
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, and clients.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide regular status updates, effort estimates, and technical recommendations
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with back-end development using C# and ASP.NET Core.
- Familiarity with database management and design, including SQL Server.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
