Summary:
As an Enterprise Architect, a typical day involves defining and implementing comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies that align with organizational goals. This role requires envisioning and articulating a clear and compelling architecture vision, establishing a target state for the enterprise, and developing a detailed transformation roadmap. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the architecture supports business objectives and adapts to evolving technological landscapes. The Enterprise Architect plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization through complex changes by providing strategic direction and fostering innovation within the enterprise architecture framework.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of architecture strategies with business needs.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to enterprise architecture standards and guidelines.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing mentorship.
Provides services that are required in the context of the design, conception and further development of the DDI corporate architecture of the client. It supports the suppression and post-processing of Prio-High faults in connection with DDI technologies.
- 24x7 acceptance of all service requests and fault reports regarding the IT network
- Acceptance of all service requests and fault reports that are not taken over by the IT control center regarding the infrastructure within the primary service time
- Bringing about solutions to service requests and service disruptions (incidents)
- Forwarding and proactive follow-up of service requests and incidents to downstream support levels, including prior qualification
- Complete and sustainable documentation in the ticket system
- Communication with internal customers such as other group brands, subsidiaries, other service desk units, etc.
- Central communication point
- Cooperation and coordination with other support level offices as well as internal interfaces
- Detailed, detailed and detailed planning of changes to the IT infrastructure
- Implementation of change planning in terms of content and timing
- Takeover of change communication to involved interfaces
- Ensuring compliance with all test and acceptance procedures of change management as well as all quality standards of the client
- Transfer of changes
- Support in the implementation of all changes
- Extensive documentation within the processes
- Creation and maintenance of knowledge entries
- Creation of operating manuals

His area of responsibility includes, among other things:
- Participation in the design, conception and further development of the DDI enterprise architecture of the AG
- Service management of the client's DNS services
(e.g. creating, deleting, adapting DNS zones)
- Service management of the AG's DHCP services (e.g. creating, configuring, adjusting IP address ranges, activating DHCP servers, etc.)
- Creation of security policies and configuration specifications
- Carrying out tests and certifications
- Recreating scenarios in the laboratory
- Support for migrations
- Participation in the event of a fault in the event of a priority-high incident with a DDI context
- Processing of tickets
- Contribution of technical expertise / experience
- Clarification of open points / further steps / procedure
- Documentation and communication of the results of error analyses
- Conducting and evaluating audits / reviews of standards
- Continuous evaluation of config, HW and SW lifecycles
- Preparation of information
- Participation in meetings and votes
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of network design principles, protocols, and security standards.
- Experience in developing and implementing scalable and resilient network solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex network environments and propose effective architecture improvements.
- Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and integration with on-premises infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing network performance and reliability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
