Summary:
As an Enterprise Architect, a typical day involves defining and implementing comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies that align with organizational goals. This role requires envisioning and articulating a clear and compelling architecture vision, establishing a target state for the enterprise, and developing a detailed transformation roadmap. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure the architecture supports business objectives and adapts to evolving technological landscapes. The Enterprise Architect plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization through complex changes by providing strategic direction and fostering collaboration across multiple teams to achieve seamless integration and transformation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of enterprise architecture frameworks and standards to ensure consistency and alignment across projects.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to identify and address architectural challenges and opportunities.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and understanding of enterprise architecture.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that drive business value.
- Main topic: Rollout and operation of Cisco Catalyst and Cisco Meraki LAN & WLAN / Cisco ISE / Catalyst Center
- Analysis, testing and evaluation of new technologies
- Design, conception and further development of the infrastructure
- Creation of security policies and configuration specifications
- Carrying out tests and certifications (test laboratory)
- Implementation of complex migrations
- Responsible for the troubleshooting of Level 3 incidents
- Implementation and evaluation of error analyses
- Conducting and evaluating audits / reviews of standards
- Life-Cycle Management (Config, HW and SW)
- Technology and innovation consulting
- Creation and implementation of presentations / decision templates
- Collaboration in a responsible 7x24h operating environment with on-call duty
Good knowledge of building on-prem and cloud infrastructures via deployment pipelines using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and confident application of the necessary tools/technologies, such as GitLab, Terraform, Ansible
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of designing and implementing scalable network solutions that support enterprise-wide operations.
- Experience in developing and maintaining architecture models, principles, and standards.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and provide strategic recommendations for infrastructure improvements.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to ensure architectural alignment with business goals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and sustainable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
