Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend services. The role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end components. This position emphasizes delivering innovative and efficient solutions that address complex business challenges, while embracing a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and enhance system performance is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that align with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical strategies with project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Solution Architecture, Node.js, .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience in designing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies to support scalable applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the full technology stack.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
