Summary:
As a Financial Planning and Analysis Representative, a typical day involves driving organizational performance through strategic analysis and identifying financial or operational issues that require attention. This role focuses on providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making processes related to the profitability and overall financial well-being of the organization. The position requires continuous monitoring of financial data, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals, and proactively addressing any concerns that may impact financial outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
- Facilitate communication between finance and operational departments to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials Accounting Hub.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Experience in financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic planning.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to drive financial initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and address financial and operational challenges.
- Strong communication skills to present financial insights clearly to diverse audiences.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials Accounting Hub.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
