Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various critical business system components. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation of essential applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance, collaborating with different teams to maintain system integrity and reliability, and swiftly addressing any disruptions to minimize business impact.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Security.
- Strong knowledge of SAP GRC modules and their integration with other SAP components.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues within SAP environments.
- Familiarity with risk management and compliance frameworks in enterprise systems.
- Experience in configuring and maintaining SAP GRC tools to support business requirements.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
