This role requires assessing the existing business environment, gathering high-level requirements, and designing effective business solutions. The Business Architect plays a crucial role in bridging business needs with technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by developing comprehensive business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in documenting and communicating business processes and solution designs to relevant teams.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative approaches.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Anaplan.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
- Experience in developing and maintaining business models and frameworks that support strategic decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business and technology strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within established timelines.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Anaplan.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
