Project Role : Engineering Services Lead
Project Role Description : Lead a team of engineers that develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of engineers in creating and delivering technical solutions that address complex challenges and support business goals. This role requires coordinating efforts across various engineering disciplines such as manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and stress design. The position also involves managing project resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality engineering or construction projects while balancing cost considerations. Collaboration and oversight are key components, ensuring that all aspects of the engineering process align with organizational objectives and standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient problem-solving.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development within the team.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SD-WAN Implementation.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture and design principles related to software-defined wide area networks.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues within SD-WAN environments.
- Ability to manage and optimize network performance and security in distributed systems.
- Familiarity with integration of SD-WAN solutions with existing enterprise infrastructure.
- Skilled in coordinating technical teams and managing multi-disciplinary engineering projects.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SD-WAN Implementation.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
