Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves providing consultative business and system integration services to clients, assisting them in implementing effective solutions tailored to their needs. The role requires understanding and translating customer requirements into comprehensive business and technology solutions. Throughout the day, the Integration Engineer drives discussions on transformation initiatives, customer journeys, and functional or application designs. This position ensures that both technology and business solutions align closely with the client s business objectives, fostering collaboration and innovation to meet evolving demands.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop strategic approaches to address them.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of system integration methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with designing and implementing scalable integration solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and middleware technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
