Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Integration Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations between enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and third-party systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven integrations, data transformation, and API lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain application and system integrations.
Build, consume, and secure RESTful and SOAP web services.
Develop API-based integrations between enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
Create reusable integration components and services.
Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration and performance issues.
Monitor integration jobs and ensure high availability and reliability.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and application teams to understand integration requirements.
Develop technical design documents and integration specifications.
Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, JWT, API Keys, Basic Authentication).
Support deployment, testing, and production releases.
Follow security, coding, and API governance standards.
Required Skills
3–8 years of experience in application integration or middleware development.

Experience with Git and version control systems.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in integration platforms or cloud technologies are a plus.
Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) are desirable.

Exposure to monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, ELK, Grafana, or Datadog.
Experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure automation.
Understanding of enterprise integration patterns (EIPs) and API-first architecture.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
