Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for a specific platform, product, or engagement. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that the architecture aligns with business goals while supporting future growth and adaptability. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine and implement architectural frameworks is a key part of daily activities, ensuring seamless integration and optimal system functionality.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align technology strategies.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire Integration.
- Strong knowledge of system design principles and architectural patterns related to integration platforms.
- Experience in defining scalable and high-performance solutions within complex technology environments.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges across multiple systems and teams.
- Familiarity with integration frameworks, middleware technologies, and API management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in GuideWire Integration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
