Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural frameworks to ensure alignment with evolving business needs and technological advancements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to integrate diverse components into a cohesive system is a key part of daily activities, ensuring that the architecture supports long-term strategic goals and operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to translate requirements into effective architectural designs.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture principles and best practices related to contact center solutions.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various systems and services.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate architectural concepts to diverse audiences.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
