ServiceNow CPQ Consultant with strong experience in Quote-to-Cash (QTC), pricing strategies, and catalog modeling. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing scalable CPQ solutions, optimizing pricing models, and supporting end-to-end sales lifecycle processes.
Experience
4+ years of experience in ServiceNow, CPQ, or equivalent platforms
Relevant experience in Quote-to-Cash lifecycle implementation
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement ServiceNow CPQ solutions aligned with business requirements
Configure and manage product catalog, pricing models, and bundling logic
Drive Quote-to-Cash processes, including quoting, order management, and billing integration
Develop and optimize pricing rules, discounting, contract pricing, and subscription models
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable CPQ solutions
Integrate ServiceNow CPQ with ERP / billing / CRM systems
Ensure performance optimization, governance, and scalability of CPQ implementations
Support release management, enhancements, and production issues
Provide guidance to junior team members and lead solution discussions
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow CPQ (Product Catalog, Pricing, Configurator)
Expertise in Quote-to-Cash lifecycle (Quote Order Contract Billing)
Proven experience in:
o Product catalog design & catalog modeling
o Pricing strategies (rule-based, tiered, subscription, discounting)
o Configuration rules and product bundles
Experience with workflow automation, approvals, and integration patterns
Knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations (ERP/Billing systems)
Understanding of data modeling, performance tuning, and large data handling
Good to Have
Experience in Salesforce CPQ / telecom CPQ environments (transferable skills)
Exposure to Agile / Scrum delivery models
Stakeholder management and client-facing experience
Professional Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to lead discussions and mentor team members
Ownership mindset with focus on delivery excellence
