Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, your day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. You engage in creating seamless experiences that align with client needs, while continuously exploring and integrating emerging technologies. Your work supports innovative solutions that address complex business challenges, all within a collaborative and agile environment focused on cloud-first strategies. This role requires balancing creativity with technical execution to deliver impactful software products that enhance service delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Maintain and improve existing systems by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate new tools and technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js.
- Experience with asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Node.js.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
