Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to backend services. This role requires actively engaging in the full development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across components. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Working within an agile environment, the focus remains on creating scalable and efficient systems that address complex business challenges with a cloud-first approach.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align technical goals with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js.
- Experience with asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Node.js.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
