Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.
Must have skills : Infrastructure Automation
Good to have skills : Ansible on Microsoft Azure, Apache Airflow, Python (Programming Language)
Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Summary:
The primary requirement is for a candidate with a strong Linux and DevOps engineering background, including hands-on experience in automation, scripting, Python, and Ansible. F5 expertise is viewed as a secondary requirement and can be developed once the individual is onboarded. Need to identify a Linux DevOps Engineer with exposure to F5 technologies.
This approach should significantly expand the available talent pool while remaining fully aligned with the client's expectations and technical requirements.
Key skills and experience sought:
Infrastructure automation and integration experience using Perl, Python, and/or shell scripting languages, as well as Ansible or Terraform tools.
A firm understanding of operating systems and networking concepts, including Linux/Unix system administration, TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, and other related protocols.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a highly visible, fast-paced enterprise environment.
Comfortable working with a Linux-based command line environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Automation.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
