Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and update existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques to prepare datasets for model training.
- Familiarity with implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems.
- Ability to optimize machine learning workflows for performance and scalability.
- Knowledge of software development best practices including version control and testing.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
