Summary:
As a Service Delivery Operations Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the complete operational lifecycle of client engagements and delivery capabilities within a multifaceted service environment. This role requires managing service quality and cost efficiency while providing leadership to delivery teams. The position also includes contributing to the development of innovative solutions, supporting business growth, and collaborating with sales functions to enhance client satisfaction and operational excellence. The role demands continuous coordination across various teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve operational processes and service delivery standards.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Delivery.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities to guide diverse delivery teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to develop scalable solutions across multiple teams.
- Experience in managing service quality and cost control within complex operational environments.
- Ability to collaborate with sales and solution development teams to support business growth.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with various internal and external parties.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Service Delivery.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
