Summary:
As a Risk and Compliance Representative, a typical day involves supporting the delivery of services by ensuring quality and managing risks effectively. The role includes fostering a culture of compliance by promoting awareness of relevant policies and procedures. This position requires active engagement with various stakeholders to maintain adherence to established standards and contribute to the overall integrity of organizational processes. The individual will continuously monitor and support initiatives that enhance compliance and risk management practices within the service delivery framework.

MUST HAVE:
Good understanding of IRM / GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) concepts
Working knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB
Strong Scripting knowledge and Experience in automation of compliance workflows
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (like NIST, SOX, CRI CCF etc.)

GOOD TO HAVE:
Good understanding of cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Basic to intermediate knowledge of application architecture and dependencies

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard organizational interests.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure consistent application of compliance standards.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional development opportunities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Integrated Security Risk Management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess risk factors and compliance requirements effectively.
- Experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks and controls.
- Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate risk and compliance issues clearly to diverse audiences.
- Capability to collaborate with multiple teams and influence decision-making processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Integrated Security Risk Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
