Deployment Lead
Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Workday Studio Developer (Integration)
Workday Integration Studio Developer designs, builds, and supports complex integrations between Workday and other internal or third-party systems using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
This role is crucial in ensuring seamless data flow across HR, payroll, finance, and business systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio.
Design and maintain EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) and Core Connector integrations.
Leverage Workday Web Services (SOAP, REST) and Workday Report-as-a-Service (RaaS) for system communications.
Build and manage calculated fields, custom reports, and transformation logic for inbound/outbound integrations.
Partner with functional teams to gather technical requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis of integration failures.
Ensure all integrations meet security, performance, and compliance standards.
Support data migration and conversion efforts during Workday implementations or updates.
Maintain proper documentation of integration flows, data mappings, and system dependencies.
Required Skills & Experience
2–5+ years of experience in Workday integration development.
Hands-on experience with:
o Workday Studio (With a minimum of 1-2 SI Implementation hands on)
o EIBs (Inbound and Outbound)
o Core Connectors (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Financials)
o Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
o XSLT, XML, XPath, JSON, and web service protocols
Strong understanding of Workday Business Objects, Reports, and Calculated Fields.
Familiarity with Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or Financials modules.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Must have Workday Integration Certification or Workday Studio Certification (highly preferred).
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
