Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands setting and maintaining high standards for development practices, ensuring that the software produced is scalable, performs efficiently, and aligns closely with the strategic goals of the organization. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive innovation and maintain project momentum is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AI & Data Solution Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for custom software development.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance systems that meet business requirements.
- Experience in leading technical teams and managing complex software projects.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and workflow automation within software ecosystems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
