Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to project requirements. This role serves as the central liaison, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive project success while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional groups to align project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance project outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Project Management (PM).
- Strong capability in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management within Workday environments.
- Experience in coordinating complex software development projects and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to analyze project requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and leadership.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Workday Project Management (PM).
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
