Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to project requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for coordinating efforts across various teams, ensuring alignment and progress toward project goals. The position requires managing complex workflows, addressing challenges that arise during development, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to deliver effective software solutions. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous collaboration to meet project milestones and quality standards.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and team performance.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Project Management (PM).
- Strong capabilities in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management within Workday environments.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex project requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders and technical teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Workday Project Management (PM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
