Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Lead with strong expertise in SAP test automation using Tricentis Tosca. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the automation testing strategy, leading automation teams, establishing best practices, and ensuring high-quality delivery across SAP programs. This role requires a combination of technical leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on automation experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Define, implement, and govern the overall test automation strategy for SAP applications and business processes.
Lead SAP automation initiatives using Tricentis Tosca, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and optimal automation coverage.
Assess automation opportunities, identify ROI, and develop automation roadmaps aligned with project goals.
Design and oversee automation frameworks, reusable components, and best practices across testing engagements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, developers, and project managers to define testing scope and quality objectives.
Drive automation planning, effort estimation, resource allocation, and delivery management.
Review and approve automation scripts, test scenarios, and execution results to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Monitor automation metrics, coverage, execution trends, and defect leakage, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and guide automation engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Support SAP transformation, upgrade, migration, and S/4HANA implementation programs through robust automation solutions.
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and promote shift-left testing practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
8 years of overall IT experience with strong focus on test automation and quality engineering.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca in SAP environments.
Proven experience leading SAP automation testing teams and driving automation strategy.
Strong knowledge of SAP business processes and testing across modules.
Expertise in automation framework design, test lifecycle management, and quality governance.
Experience with SAP GUI, SAP Fiori, API testing, and end-to-end business process validation.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD tools.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite.
- Tricentis Tosca Certification (AS1/AS2 or higher).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Exposure to test management tools such as Jira, ALM, SolMan or Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
