- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and team productivity.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google CES Conversational Agent.
- Experience in designing and implementing conversational interfaces and natural language processing workflows.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to integrate conversational agents with backend systems and APIs.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and optimizing conversational agent performance.
- Capability to analyze user interactions and improve conversational flows for better user experience.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Google CES Conversational Agent.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
