Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking charge of project efforts, coordinating with various stakeholders, and serving as the main liaison to ensure smooth progress and alignment with project goals. The position demands proactive problem-solving, continuous communication, and oversight of development activities to deliver tailored software solutions effectively and efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and deliverables with organizational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong experience in developing and customizing SAP applications using ABAP on the HANA platform.
- Ability to optimize code and improve system performance within SAP environments.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA database concepts and integration techniques.
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues in SAP systems.
- Capability to work collaboratively with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
