As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing tailored software solutions to meet those needs. Additionally, the position requires performing maintenance and enhancements to existing applications, adapting to evolving client demands and technological advancements. Collaboration with different stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver high-quality software is an integral part of the daily routine, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying applications on cloud platforms.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API management within enterprise environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
