Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve addressing technical issues, providing solutions for both remote and onsite environments, and ensuring the smooth operation of configured services across various platforms. You will work within a defined operating model and processes, focusing on hardware and software support while implementing technology at the operating system level across all server and network areas. Your role will also include basic and intermediate level troubleshooting, ensuring that systems function optimally and efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a collaborative environment.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
-Leadership & Strategy: Mentor junior engineers, drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for fabric outages, and lead change management processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
-The resource must possess strong expertise and hands-on experience in Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure).
- Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.
- Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with server and network hardware components.
- Ability to implement and manage network security measures.
-Good Routing and switching skills
-Handling Info blocks and F5 Load balancer
-Lifecycle & Troubleshooting: Perform APIC software upgrades, firmware updates, and high-severity incident resolution utilizing traffic analysis and packet captures
-Fabric Management: Design, deploy, and maintain Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) fabrics, and Application Policy Infrastructure Controllers (APIC).
-Policy Configuration: Enforce logical constructs like Tenants, VRFs, Bridge Domains, Endpoint Groups (EPGs), and L3Out connections.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Network
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
