Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend services. This role requires actively engaging in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across components. The engineer collaborates with various teams to deliver innovative solutions that address complex business challenges, adopting a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to enhance client services and drive continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and implement best practices to improve software quality and team efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks.
- Experience with front-end technologies and integration with backend services.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and agile development practices.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration pipelines.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python Frameworks.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
