Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of design specifications with overall project requirements.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of design decisions and technical specifications.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret system requirements and translate them into actionable test plans.
- Experience in designing and executing comprehensive functional test cases to validate software behavior.
- Ability to identify gaps in requirements and suggest improvements to enhance product quality.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
