Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day typically involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in designing tailored software solutions that align with organizational processes and objectives. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions to refine application requirements and contribute to the development of efficient and effective software systems that support business goals. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that the applications developed are well-suited to meet the evolving demands of the business environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of application design specifications.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve software development processes and application performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and enhancing custom applications within SAP environments.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and data modeling related to SAP HANA.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at the client onsite location within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
