Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications tailored to meet specific business needs. This role requires taking ownership of the application lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that solutions are effectively implemented. The position demands proactive communication and collaboration to align project goals with client expectations, while continuously refining and enhancing application features to deliver optimal performance and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions by managing tasks and priorities effectively.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance functionality and user satisfaction.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom business applications using low-code platforms.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and configuration best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application performance and integration.
- Familiarity with data connectors, workflows, and automation within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
