- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to establish and maintain best practices in software development and architecture.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software solutions.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance product quality and performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Workfront Work Management Software.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to custom software development.
- Experience in managing and optimizing software performance and scalability.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs within enterprise software environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
