Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall control, precision, and reliability of testing activities by integrating advanced methodologies and tools. The position requires driving the adoption of intelligent and predictive testing strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in testing solutions. Collaboration with various teams to align testing efforts with project goals and delivering high-quality outcomes is a key aspect of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead initiatives to improve testing frameworks and automation strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to optimize testing processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and quality engineering principles.
- Experience in designing and implementing predictive and intelligent testing approaches.
- Ability to analyze and improve testing processes for enhanced accuracy and integrity.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to innovate testing solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
