The role is dynamic, combining strategic thinking with hands-on involvement in driving impactful technology and business transformations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and delivery expectations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
- Strong knowledge of time management processes within SAP SuccessFactors and their application in business environments.
- Experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing technology-driven business changes.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Capable of driving innovation and applying emerging ideas to practical delivery scenarios.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
