Summary:
As a Security Delivery Practitioner, a typical day involves actively participating in the early stages of security projects by helping to outline and clarify project requirements. The role includes contributing to the design and development of security components that align with organizational needs. Throughout the day, there is a focus on ensuring that these components are thoroughly tested to meet quality standards. Collaboration with various stakeholders to support the smooth progression of security initiatives is a key aspect, along with continuous monitoring and adjustment of deliverables to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security components.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Experience in designing and implementing identity and access management solutions.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex security issues within identity management systems.
- Familiarity with security testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
