- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and support career growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences Industry.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams within the Life Sciences Industry.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution skills tailored to the Life Sciences sector.
- Ability to analyze complex operational metrics and implement solutions to meet financial targets.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to influence decision-making processes.
- Experience in talent management and resource planning within technology-driven environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Life Sciences Industry.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
