Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and design decisions to support project transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ab Initio.
- Strong experience in designing and developing scalable software components using modern development frameworks.
- Ability to work within agile development environments and contribute effectively to iterative project cycles.
- Familiarity with software debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques.
- Good understanding of system integration and data flow within complex applications.
- Capability to analyze and resolve technical challenges independently while collaborating with team members.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Ab Initio.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
